When Shayne Albright opened Trend Atlanta Realty in 1998 in Alpharetta, she envisioned an independent real estate company challenging traditional real estate practices and methods by offering a new dimension of marketing tools - and representing client interests with integrity, character and honesty. Shayne envisioned assembling a strong team of real estate professionals with a sincere interest in helping others achieve their home buying and selling goals and a desire to succeed.

Shayne was originally licensed in the early 1980's and pursued her broker's license in early 1990's to form Trend Atlanta Realty, Inc.. She started her real estate career with Coldwell Banker. From there she moved to expand her expertise with a small independent firm specializing in residential and commercial feasibility studies in addition to marketing new home subdivisions. The experience gained from this firm was valuable in Shayne's next move to Jenny Pruitt & Associates New Homes Division where she worked with developers and builders in developing and executing their marketing programs. After 6 years with this New Homes Division, Shayne joined Hedgewood Properties to open up a Resale Division - marketing resale homes for their current clients as well as prospecting the general marketplace. It was during this tenure that Shayne's vision was born for Trend Atlanta Realty, Inc. fueled by a desire to offer innovative marketing tools and flexible commission structures to both real estate professionals and their clients. This vision could only be accomplished with the opening of a new real estate firm.
