 COMMISSION PLANS

        100% Commission

• $19 per month fee
• $199 transaction fee due at closing
• FMLS fee due at closing (sales price x .0012)
• Errors and Omissions Insurance - included
• Hidden fees – none.
• Commission rate – you decide what to charge for your listings based on the services that you directly provide to your listing clients - according to current anti-trust laws applicable.
• Optional GAMLS membership at $20 fee per month

        90/10 Split Commission Plan

• ZERO monthly fee
• ZERO transaction fee
• FMLS fee due at closing (sales price x .0012)
• Errors and Omissions Insurance - included
• Commission rate - you decide what to charge for your listings based on the services that you directly provide to your listing clients - according to current anti-trust laws applicable.
• Optional GAMLS membership at $20 fee per month

        Rental or Leasing Commissions /Referral Fees - applies to either commission plan above

• $99 transaction fee due for rental commissions that amount to $1,000 and above. $75 transaction fee for rental commission under $1,000. If you are listing agent, you will also be responsible for $7.00 fee FMLS charges to list rental properties.
• Errors and Omissions Insurance - included

ALL PLANS INCLUDE ITEMS BELOW AT NO ADDITIONAL FEES: 

• Business cards – color photo included; 65 lb. stock shipped direct from Vistaprint.com         
• Fax cover sheets – personalized with your information            
• For sale signage and information boxes, (name riders available at FarmerSigns.com for a small fee)
• Listing and closing presentation folders (generic Trend folder)
• Code keyboxes available as well at no additional fee. Supra lockboxes are available for purchase through FMLS.com.
• Seller and buyer checklists and handbooks downloadable direct from Trend website                  
• Company sponsored website page – your personal page at this site including email, link to your personal website. Increased web exposure.            
• Photography – professional headshot sitting and photo for use on business card or other marketing materials. (This service available on a quarterly basis unless there is a low turnout.)           
• Color flyers for your listings – professionally designed, emailed to you in pdf form.            
• eFlyers – will send your color flyer on your listings to agents in county of seller’s residence.            
• Online book – emailed to you upon joining Trend – 30 Client in 30 Days. (Upon request.) 
• HUD Certified Broker         

NOT INCLUDED

• No weekly meetings            
• No duty desk            
• No visits to the office – we communicate through various channels: email, snail mail, overnight delivery, courier. If you are considering Trend for your real estate brokerage firm, we can interview over the phone, make a mutual decision and then transfer your license through online services at the real estate commission or through fax/mail.            
• No board dues. Trend is not a member of any local board.             
• No contracts. Terminate your Independent Contractor Agreement at any time for any reason with written notice to Broker.            
• No franchise fees. Independent owned brokerage firm.
• No annual fees.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

• Your Listings – administrative staff will enter your listings into FMLS, Trend website, and your personal page at our Trend website – automatic syndication through ListHub.com to 69+ sites.
• Contract Transactions – reviewed by Broker, monitored for missing documents and important dates – with email notification to you on all these items.            
• Commission check at closing – using any law firm that accepts Trend written authorization for you to receive commission at closing.

AREA SERVED BY TREND– Trend currently serves the Metro Atlanta area including North Fulton, Cobb, Forsyth, Dawson, Cherokee, Paulding, Douglas, Hall, Gwinnett, DeKalb and many more.

NEWLY LICENSED?? Agents that newly licensed are allowed to operate their business under the 100% commission plan with no minimum level of closed transactions. We do offer materials intended to educate the newly licensed in the following areas: how to take and price a listing, contract negotiation, handling objections, contract writing, special stipulations, successfully navigate the home inspection process, prospecting, and branding yourself.
