I have been involved in real estate transactions most of my life either as a real estate salesperson or an investor. My expertise is in equine properties and farms. I am familiar with the the various important aspects of purchasing acreage such as zoning, land use, topography etc... I am also familiar with lake properties. I personally own a 16 acre farm located on Lake Allatoona in Cartersville, GA. I also run my Bed and breakfast from my farm property. I currently show horses and am a member of the American Quarter Horse Association.

• I have owned horses since the age of 7, when I got my first pony
• I worked for Quarter Horse and hunter trainers to the age of 18
• At 18 I worked with A class hunter circuit trainers and traveled the A class hunter show circuit
• I first became familiar with horse properties when my parents bought a small farm when I was a child. Spending time on tractors, bailing hay, cleaning stalls, I learned to understand the concept of horse management and pastureland.
• In my married life my husband and I have owned a total of 4 horse properties in South Fulton, West Cobb and East Paulding counties
• I understand land use, zoning, horse facilities, setbacks, agricultural and conservation use taxes, etc. for the various counties.
• I continue to be associated with horses; my daughter and I show Quarter Horses, I am a member of The American Quarter Horse Association and coach the Paulding County 4H working with their teampenning teams.
• I held previous memberships with Georgia Combined Training Association, Saddle Up Cobb, and Paulding County Saddle Club where I held an office.
• I have gone up in front of the Cobb County Commissioners and have fought for horse related freedoms and was instrumental in their passing a law which allowed non-profit stables in the county. This experience put me on television and in the Atlanta Journal as I fought for the right to keep horses in Cobb County
• I feel that this lifetime of experience makes me the right person for helping someone buy or sell their farm.
